The programme is entirely peer-taught: senior students who have excelled in IB Higher Level Mathematics volunteer to lead weekly sessions, guiding younger students through advanced topics such as calculus, vectors, and complex numbers. This model not only deepens the tutors’ own understanding but also fosters a collaborative learning culture. Teachers remain available for support, but the emphasis is on student-led exploration and problem-solving.
