波士顿模拟联合国会议上的 Surval 学生:难忘的经历

Students from 瑞士苏瓦尔国际女子学校 recently had the extraordinary opportunity to participate in the MUN conference in Boston, an event that not only challenged their diplomatic and debate skills but also allowed them to immerse themselves in the prestigious university culture of the city. Among the participants, Maiia, a Grade 10 student from Russia, shared her transformative experience, highlighting the conference as a life-changing event that introduced her to ambitious young minds from around the globe and deepened her understanding of global issues. The trip, as described by Maiia, was an unparalleled opportunity to develop critical thinking and public speaking skills while experiencing the vibrant academic atmosphere of Boston.

Accompanying the students, Ms. Barrett, an English teacher at 瑞士苏瓦尔国际女子学校, reflected on the students' remarkable achievements and personal growth throughout the trip. She emphasized the dedication and hard work the students put into preparing for the conference, from researching their assigned countries' positions to crafting detailed position papers on 'Tech Diplomacy.' Beyond the conference, the students explored some of the world's most prestigious universities, including MIT, Harvard, and Wellesley, and visited cultural landmarks such as the Boston Museum of Fine Arts. Ms. Barrett praised the students for their resilience, passion, and ability to step out of their comfort zones, making the trip an unforgettable experience filled with learning and personal development.
