Interview d'étudiant : Un aperçu “ sur le terrain ” de la Maison Rosenberg Davos 2026

While on campus we have the opportunity every day to hear from student participants and know how the event made them think, feel, and grow, we want to bring everyone into the conversation. To that end, we are thrilled to share an interview with Andrea H., Grade 11, from Norway, about her experience with Rosenberg House Davos. It is incredible to know ten years from now, something powerful—a policy, a business, or a new nonprofit—could trace its founding back to The Rosenberg House Davos 2026. We hope you think about that as you read Andrea's words. Andrea described Davos 2026 as innovative, international, and full of purpose. Driving into town and seeing other Davos houses from top-tier institutions and countries around the world made it feel like a global space for ideas, dialogue, and solutions. On the ground, there was a clear sense that important conversations about the future were happening everywhere. She found it empowering to move from listening to actively shaping the conversation—as students, they were not just present, they were contributing their own perspectives, making the experience meaningful and action-focused.

Andrea learned that using her voice matters, even without the perfect answer, as one idea can open the door to better questions and stronger solutions. She also learned that policy and global collaboration need structure because without clear direction, even strong ideas can be lost. Back at Rosenberg, Davos made her more confident about speaking up, with a stronger belief in productive failure and a more positive attitude toward challenges. A standout moment was speaking with Gautier Cloix, CEO and Founder of H Company, about AI and the future—he engaged seriously with her perspectives, confirming that young people can influence global conversations. Regarding The Rosenberg Youth Manifesto, Andrea highlighted the need for responsible and ethical AI development, especially for young people growing up in a digital world where AI shapes information, trust, and decision-making. For a future Rosenberg House Davos 2030, she emphasized keeping a strong student-driven approach, with direct opportunities to engage with global leaders in both formal sessions and informal conversations to ensure authentic, future-focused dialogue.
