Guided by the Dolder's professional team, participants explored diverse hotel departments including concierge services, front office operations, room service protocols, and housekeeping standards. The experience extended to examining the hotel's sophisticated laundry systems and comprehensive sustainability initiatives, offering students practical insights into the operational complexity of premium hospitality management. Through this hands-on approach, Rosenberg students gained direct exposure to industry practices rarely accessible outside professional circles, establishing foundational knowledge in luxury service delivery and hotel operations management.

The programme featured specialized workshops ranging from smoothie creation and chocolate truffle making to sustainability challenges and discussions with Dolder health coaches.
