Teen CEO Isabella and Brother Henry Build Prize-Winning Education Clubs from Scratch

At Aiglon College, the Year 9 Enterprise Fusion programme challenges students to create and run a real business from the ground up. For siblings Isabella (Year 11) and Henry (Year 7), this entrepreneurial journey began with a simple yet bold step: flyering on the streets of Shanghai to promote their mother’s educational club, Explorelife Family Club. What started as a modest initiative has since blossomed into a thriving enterprise that now occupies two large buildings in Shanghai. In 2025, their hard work and vision were recognized when Explorelife Family Club won the prestigious Forbes China Most Investable Company Award, a testament to the power of hands-on learning and family collaboration.

Isabella and Henry’s story exemplifies the core philosophy of Aiglon’s Enterprise Fusion programme: learning by doing. Through this initiative, students gain practical experience in marketing, finance, operations, and leadership—skills that are rarely taught in traditional classrooms. For Isabella and Henry, the journey involved not only distributing flyers but also managing budgets, designing promotional materials, and engaging with customers. Their dedication paid off as Explorelife Family Club expanded its offerings, attracting families and investors alike. The Forbes China award underscores the club’s impact and the siblings’ ability to turn a school project into a sustainable, award-winning business. This achievement highlights how Aiglon College nurtures young entrepreneurs by providing them with the tools, mentorship, and real-world challenges needed to succeed.
